Traversing the supernatural to make sense of the enigmas of human life is an age-old call, pursued by creatives and aspirants since time immemorial.

While the journey into the unknown is often rife with travail, the inner light of authenticity gives purpose to the pursuit and meaning to shadows.

And it’s here that we find the music of BLVGTH, an international Black Metal project, whose daring amalgamate of feral resonance and luminous lyrical content captures the essence of primordial monomyth on its debut EP, “From Behind the Frosted Sun.”

Formed by acclaimed Argentinian guitarist and composer Lucas Wyssbrod (Monovoth, MOSTRO, Golden Cannibal), and renowned vocalist, writer, and performer, Lindsay O. (Coma Cluster Void, Eyes of Perdition, Persistence), “From Behind the Frosted Sun” finds the duo exploring the peaks, valleys, and barbarian terrain lain by early Black Metal heroes (Darkthrone, Ved Buens Ende), while adorning their sound with nuanced yet impassioned performances.
